PURPOSE: Acupressure shoe and insole are provided to promote the convenience of user and the reduction of a purchasing cost by reversing the coupling direction of a acupressure pad with acupressure protuberances and selectively using acupressure protuberances. CONSTITUTION: The shoe insole comprises: an insole(201) which is placed on the bottom of the inside of a shoe and is provided at the top surface with a plurality of concave recesses(210) and at the bottoms of the concave recesses with a plurality of concave coupling recesses(211); and acupressure pads(220,240) which are mountably coupled to the concave recesses(210) of the insole(201) and is provided at one surface with a plurality of acupressure protuberances(221,241) projected so as to be complementarily coupled to the concave coupling recesses(211). The acupressure pads(220,240) are selectively mountably coupled to the concave recessed(210) of the insole(201) so as to face any one of the upper and lower sides.
