PURPOSE: An integrated measuring device is provided to improve the efficiency of works by increasing the performance speed of the system since the inter interfaces between the measuring modules becomes to be simple. CONSTITUTION: An integrated measuring device includes a PCI interface(11), a sequence performing block(12), a data buffer(13), an output memory(14), an input memory(15), a control memory(16), an input channel(17), an arbitrary waveform generator(AWG) module(18), a digital multi meter(DMM) module(30) and a digital storage oscilloscope(DSO) module(40). The PCI interface(11) outputs the address, data and control signals outputted from the main control block. The sequence performing block(12) outputs the digital pattern stored at the sequence table in the unit of segment. The data buffer(13) buffers the corresponding data. The output memory(14) the pattern data to the test target board. The input memory(15) outputs the data inputted from the test target board. The control memory(16) adjusts the direction of the input and output channel. The input channel(17) inputs the signal outputted from the test target board. The arbitrary waveform generator(AWG) module(18) outputs the data stored at the memory block to the test target board. The DMM module(30) and the DSO module(40) converts the analog signal outputted from the test target board into a digital signal through the ADC and to stores the digital signal at the memory block.
