PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to prevent an idle hunting caused due to the blowby gas adsorbed to the intake system and throttle body, while reducing soot and smoke. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a vehicle operating state detection unit(100) for detecting the ignition switch operating state and the blowby gas flux varying in accordance with the change of the vehicle operating state; an engine control unit(200) for receiving the ignition switch operating state and the blowby gas flux detected by the vehicle operating state detection unit, cutting off the blowby gas flowing in an intake system(60), and outputting a control signal for storing the blowby gas when the engine is judged as being turned off; and a driving unit(300) for cutting off the blowby gas flowing in the intake system by being synchronized with the control signal output from the engine control unit and driven in proportion to the blowby gas flux, and storing the blowby gas.
