PURPOSE: A cellular phone managing a business card having a bar code is provided to take a picture of a business card having a bar code, and to record information on the bar code with characters, then to store a business card image as one picture file, thereby transceiving the file between cellular phone users. CONSTITUTION: A camera(110) takes a picture of a business card as an image. A bar code reader(120) reads a bar code in contrast with brightness of a bar code image from the business card image, and outputs bar code data. A bar code data reader(130) recognizes/processes the bar code data, and outputs bar code data information. A memory(160) stores the business card image and the bar code data information. A signal input unit(140) stores the bar code data information and the business card image, and inputs various characters and signals. A display(150) outputs the business card image, outputs the bar code data information as characters, and outputs a bar code reading frame. An interface(170) reads the stored business card image, and transceives the image. A microprocessor(180) controls the memory(160) and the interface(170) by corresponding to a transmission signal, and controls the display(150) to output the business card image and the bar code data information.
