PURPOSE: A high luminance inorganic electroluminescence device is provided to reduce the weight of the board equipped with the inorganic electroluminescence device and achieve improved convenience of construction, while reducing a power consumption. CONSTITUTION: A high luminance inorganic electroluminescence device comprises a transparent polyester film(11) having a flexibility; a front electrode layer(12) deposited on the rear surface of the transparent polyester film and constituted by an ITO having a superior light permeability and conductivity; a fluorescent layer(13) formed on the rear surface of the front electrode layer; a dielectric layer(14) deposited on the rear surface of the fluorescent layer and constituted by a polymer resin having a superior permeability; a rear electrode layer(15) formed at the rear surface of the dielectric layer and constituted by a metal material having a superior reflectivity for reflecting the light penetrating through the dielectric layer from the fluorescent layer; and a protective layer(16) formed at the rear surface of the rear electrode layer so as to increase resistance against moisture and ultraviolet ray.
