PURPOSE: Eggs having extended storage and their manufacturing method are provided. The eggs are obtained by vacuum-treating and then filling with nitrogen gas. Therefore, the eggs has extended storage and are distributed for a long period of time. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an egg having extended storage comprises the steps of: vacuum-treating the inside of an egg shell of an egg; filling it with nitrogen gas; sealing the surface of the egg shell by coating with a coating agent; and drying the egg.
