PURPOSE: To provide a diaphragm and an oscillating film member easily assemblable in the production process and preventing gas leakage, without cost increase and metal fatigue, and also to provide a pressure regulator for gas fittings having such oscillating film member. CONSTITUTION: The diaphragm 2 according to the present invention comprises: a disk-shaped main body 5; an upward protrusion 6 extending upward from the center of an upper surface of the main body; and a downward protrusion 7 extending downward from the center of a lower surface of the main body and having a insertion hole, in the direction orthogonal to the extending direction, for inserting an end of a controller controlling gas introduced into a regulating chamber thereinto. These parts are integrally formed from a resilient material.
