摘要 PURPOSE: An insert system for a takeup device is provided to perform an injection molding of small inserts on a supply die by grasping the small inserts with precision. CONSTITUTION: An insert system for a takeup device is composed of an insert supply unit(100) for automatically providing injected inserts in an arranged manner, an insert lifting unit(200) for discharging the inserts and lifting the inserts up, an insert supply die(300) having an insert sitting unit(302) forming insert sitting grooves and at least two of cylindrical guides(304) around corners, an insert conveying unit(400) for grasping the inserts on the insert lifting unit with clamps(402) of arms(401,501) and placing the inserts on the insert sitting unit of the insert supply unit, and an insert unit(500) for grasping the inserts placed on the insert supply die, moving and inserting the inserts into a mold.
