PURPOSE: To easily reconstruct the information of an individual authenticating device. CONSTITUTION: This device is characterized by being composed of an ecological information registering part 9 for registering ecological information inputted by an ecological information input part 5, an individual identification signal registering part 11 for registering an individual identification signal inputted by an individual identification signal input part 7, an indication signal imparting part 12 for associating a registered organismic signal with the individual identification signal and imparting an indication signal for indicating a storage position, an indication signal storage part 13 for storing the imparted indication signal, a read-out part 15 for reading out the registered organismic information registered from the ecological information registering part 9 via the indication signal by the individual identification signal inputted by an individual identification signal input part 5, an individual authenticating part 17 for authenticating an individual by comparing the registered organismic information with input organismic information, a locking-unlocking driving part 19 for locking and unlocking an opening-closing body and a control part 21 for unlocking an opening/closing body by the locking-unlocking driving part 19 when the individual is authenticated.
