PURPOSE:To detect the grounding of an output terminal and to take out the result of detection as an external signal by providing the first current switching type output circuit that inputs an input signal and outputs to an output terminal and the second current switching type output circuit that inputs the input signal and the signal of the output terminal. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor integrated circuit is constituted including the first current switching type output circuit Q2, Q3, R2, C1 that inputs an input signal 2 from an internal circuit 2 and reference voltage VR and outputs to an output terminal 3, the second current switching type output circuit Q, Q6, R5, C2 that inputs the input signal 2 and the signal of the output terminal 3 and a flip-flop B1 that receives the output signal of the second current switching type output circuit. Outputs of plural output blocks A1...An are connected in common to a common connecting point 6. Thus, when any one or more output terminal of output blocks are grounded, the state is detected and the result of grounding is indicated in the output 9 of the flip-flop as L level. |
