APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CUTTING OFF INFLOW OF SMOKE FOR VEHICLE

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for cutting off inflow of smoke for a vehicle are provided to detect smoke in the vehicle, and to determine inflow of smoke based on fluctuation of electric resistance of an oxidative gas sensor and a reductive gas sensor. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus includes an oxidative gas sensor(110) outputting voltage depending on concentration of oxidative gas; a reductive gas sensor(113) outputting voltage depending on concentration of reductive gas; a first amplifier(111) amplifying and outputting voltage signal of the oxidative gas sensor; a second amplifier(114) amplifying and outputting voltage signal of the reductive gas sensor; a first ADC(Analog-Digital Converter:112) converting voltage signal of the first amplifier into digital value and outputting first voltage value; a second ADC(115) converting voltage signal of the second amplifier into digital value and outputting second voltage value; and a control part(100) calculating fluctuation of voltage value of the first ADC if all of the voltage values of the first ADC and the second ADC are increased than the voltage values previously measured, and determining inflow of smoke and shutting a duct solenoid(103) if the calculated fluctuation exceeds a fixed reference value.
