PURPOSE: A magnetron is provided to achieve a good property of a magnetron by changing the structure of a top shield and a lower shield. CONSTITUTION: A magnetron comprises a top pole piece(700) and a lower pole piece. The top pole piece includes a magnetic flux receiving unit A(701) parallel to the magnetron in a horizontal direction and a magnetic flux inducing unit A(702) extended from the magnetic flux receiving unit A to the inside in a radius direction and sloped in a downward direction of the magnetic flux receiving unit A. The lower pole piece includes a magnetic flux receiving unit B parallel to the magnetron in a horizontal direction and a magnetic flux inducing unit B extended from the magnetic flux receiving unit B to the inside in a radius direction and sloped in a downward direction of the magnetic flux receiving unit B.
