PURPOSE: A food composition containing the extract of herbal plants such as Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, Angelicae gigantis Radix, Cynanchi Wilfordi Radix, Polygonati Rhizoma or the like is provided. It is useful as an supplementary food for promoting circulation of Qi and regulating blood, removing stress and fatigue and reducing sleep disturbances, headache symptoms, irritable bowel syndrome or the like. CONSTITUTION: A food composition contains 12 to 15 wt.% of Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, 12 to 15 wt.% of Angelicae gigantis Radix, 8 to 11 wt.% of Cynanchi Wilfordi Radix, 8 to 11 wt.% of Polygonati Rhizoma, 8 to 11 wt.% of Atractylodis Rhizoma Alba, 4 to 5.5 wt.% of Ginseng Radix, 4 to 5.5 wt.% of Astragali Radix, 4 to 5.5 wt.% of Dioscoreae Radix, 4 to 5.5 wt.% of Corni Fructus, 4 to 5.5 wt.% of Euphoria longan, 4 to 5.5 wt.% of Liriopis Tuber, 4 to 5.5 wt.% of Aurantii Fructus, 4 to 5.5 wt.% of Amomi Semen, 4 to 5.5 wt.% of Glycyrrhizae Radix, 2 to 3 wt.% of Mook hyang and 2 to 3 wt.% of Cinnamomi Cortex. |
