PURPOSE: A flat display assembly is provided to easily separate a speaker assembly from a main body and to reduce a noise caused by a vibration when the speaker is operated. CONSTITUTION: The assembly comprises an assembly protrusion(43) and assembly grooves(15, 25, 35, 45). The assembly protrusion(43) is inserted into an assembly groove(15) of a cabinet, and a knob screw(50) is fixed at an assembly groove(25) of a main frame via an assembly groove(35) of a back cover. The assembly groove of the main frame is a nut type for fixing the knob screw(50). The assembly protrusion(43) includes a curved part for preventing the assembly protrusion from being separated from the assembly groove(15) of the cabinet.
