<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit device having at least one collision sensor and at least one pedestrian collision sensor for driving occupant constraining means, reducing errors in trigger, namely, risks in incorrect usage by improving the performance of detecting a collision position and a collision severity. <P>SOLUTION: The collision sensor and the pedestrian collision sensor transfer respective signals to a processor.
