<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system by which moving video advertisement of an article in which a user is interested is viewed at anytime with about the same simplicity as a television and an order can also be placed as it is. <P>SOLUTION: This shopping system is provided with a center server 12, an exclusive terminal 14 always connected with the center server 12 via the Internet 18 and ID cards 50 of respective users. When selection information of a specific article is transmitted from the exclusive terminal 14, the center server 12 transmits a moving video file for advertisement of the article to the exclusive terminal 14. In addition, when a purchase request of the article is transmitted from the exclusive terminal 14, order information of the article is transmitted to a server 16 of an article provider. The exclusive terminal 14 is connected with a television 29 and provided with a card reader 26 for reading the ID card, an exclusive Web browser and a means for reproducing a moving picture file with voice through the television 29.
