<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To providing a light emitting body for a brain wave stimulator using a light emitting diode as a surface light source close to the natural light. <P>SOLUTION: The high luminance light emitting diode of green, blue, and red type, or the light's three primary colors, is set as a light source and the light from the light source is made into the surface light source by a light guide plate 1 so that the device can be miniaturized and its weight is lighten. The plane shape of the light guide plate 1 is preferably square. The light emitting surface is provided with pits 2. The reflecting surface is treated by blast.
