<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the theft of reject cards from a card charging port of a reject-card recovery box. <P>SOLUTION: The shutter locking mechanism for reject-card recovery box has a shutter member 12 capable of opening and closing the card charging port 11a of a reject-card recovery box 11, locking members 13 locking and unlocking the shutter member 12, a plurality of key-side operating members 15 locking and unlocking the lock members 13 and a key member 2 being installed to a card dispenser 1 and sliding each key-side operating member 15 at the unlocking places of the lock members 13 by an abutting agsinst each key-side operating member 15.
