PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heavy load carrying board which can be placed on a floor surface of a container or the like to be stably fixed without being easily deflected to achieve stability, and in which a heavy load can be carried in and out by light force such as man power, a heavy load carrying system using it, and a method for carrying the heavy load using it. SOLUTION: In this heavy load carrying board, a carrying means placed on groove parts of rails placed on the floor surface is used to carry the heavy load. It is provided with a board part on which the heavy load is placed, leg parts disposed and fixed on both sides of an underside part of the board part to slide or be engaged with clearance at least partly to a plurality of side surfaces of the rails, and carrying means abutment parts formed on the underside part of the board part to be abutted on an upper surface of the carrying means.
