PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling device connecting a pontoon with a push ship by fitting the push ship into a recessed part provided at the astern of the pontoon and pressing it, having a simple structure, and connecting them safely to prevent rolling. SOLUTION: Guide rails 5, 5 are opposingly erected on both sides of the recessed part of the pontoon 1, and a traction device is mounted at the head of the push ship on one side. This traction device is attached in such a way that sliders 8, 8 are attached to both ends of a connection member 7 and stern 9 can swing using a shaft 15 provided on the connection member 7 as a basic point. The sliders 8, 8 are engaged with the guide rails 5, 5, and a tip of the stern is locked in the push ship 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
