PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mulch film for agriculture, enabling a hole in which a crop plant is transplanted to be easily opened at a required position, and having excellent mechanical spreadability and weed-preventing properties. SOLUTION: The mulch film (the film without the hole) for the agriculture is used as the mulch film with holes for the agriculture, having the many holes for transplantation of the crop plants formed in a synthetic resin film. The film without the hole has many intermittent slits for opening the holes, formed along the perimeters of the holes to be opened. The length of one of the slits is regulated so as to be 0.5-50 mm, and the distance of two neighboring slits is regulated so as to be 0.1-5 mm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
