<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for indicating proper evaluation concerning capability development of a new employee, a middle-ranking employee and a manager or the like who can cope with changes in enterprise environment violently moving, and occupation kind aptitude, pay and promotion and others for each employee, and problems of a training requesting enterprise, and for suggesting improvement plans therefor. <P>SOLUTION: In this system, training facilities 1 comprise an evaluation center 1a performing invitation, a training result report and synthetic evaluation, and a training/test center performing establishment, operation and examinations of a training subject.
