<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a main memory that operates under a continuous access mode, cannot be executed in the same way as in a normal clock mode in a single clock mode. <P>SOLUTION: L bytes of data continuously read from memory element groups in synchronism with a first clock are stored in read-out data buffers in synchronism with the first clock.
