PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TV broadcasting data communication system, a data transmitter, and a data receiver, which can realize interactive operation using broadcasting waves, suppress an increase in load on the receiving side, transmit information efficiently, and provide images which are easy to understand and operate. SOLUTION: A transmission data generating part 112 interprets an HTML document obtained by an information acquisition part 111, and generates display image information to display a display image for one screen. It further generates hot spot information indicative of another piece of display image information linked to the hot spot according to an anchor tag in the document. A controller 155 of the data receiver 150 displays a cursor at the display position in the display image, according to the hot spot information and using a graphic information held therein.
