PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor in which light scattering and bleeding are not caused, a photoconductive layer is uniform, a surface energy is low, mechanical and electric durabilities are combined, sensitivity is high and a residual potential is low, and to provide a process cartridge having the electrophotography photoreceptor and an image forming apparatus.
