The rear car body section (2) has an air outlet (14) in its upper outer contour (3), and one or more air intakes (15) in a rear outer contour (4) and/or lower outer contour (5). A flow path inside the rear body section connects intakes and outlets. These are positioned so that during travel there is lower air pressure at an outlet than at an intake. The body section has a rear lighting unit (7) mounted on the back of the body (9).
