PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooking apparatus by solving such a problem that it is difficult to brown the top of baked food like Japanese-style pancake within short time when using a high frequency induction heating cooker, and that effective ingredient like oil and fats runs out when cooked on a wire net and the food becomes unsavory. SOLUTION: The problem of the induction heating cooking apparatus is solved by heating the food from downward by low frequency induction heating cooker and by heating the food from upward by the high frequency induction heating cooker.
