THERMOPLASTIC OLEFIN-BASED ELASTOMER COMPOSITION AND POWDER-MOLDING MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition excellent in melt flow property, capable of performing powder-molding, and suitable for uses as an interior material and a coating material of an automobile. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic olefin-based elastomer consists of 100 pts. wt. polypropylene resin, 50-200 pt. wt. hydrogenated styrene-butadiene rubber and/or styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene copolymer rubber, 50-200 pt. wt. ethylene-octene copolymer elastomer and as necessary 5-150 pts. wt. propylene-ethylene copolymer resin, and the powder-molding material is produced by heating/kneading the composition to produce pellets and freeze-crushing the pellets at an extremely low temperature.
