PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep draining property of a position with a road face mark even when a screwed method is used on the draining pavement. SOLUTION: The hopper 7 inside is vertically divided into upper and lower chambers by providing a flow adjusting plate 15 above an opening 7H in the hopper 7. Outflow holes 15a are formed along the longitudinal direction. A permeable hole FP where the paint is not spread is partly formed while the paint P flowing out of the opening 7H is spread in a thin film with a width regulated by the opening 7H, is formed. The paint P sticks to the road face GL and forms a porous road face mark RS. Rainwater can reach thereby the draining pavement from the permeable hole FP, and favorable draining property can be kept.
