PURPOSE:To prevent the printing from becoming thinner on a printing medium by printing same characters requiring continuous printing in the preset stamping order with a plurality of printing stamps provided each time printing is done. CONSTITUTION:Four character stamps of a character phi are so arranged in a printing mechanism as to perform a printing receiving signals phiA, phiB, phiC. When continuing the printing phi, upon the output of the signal phiA to a selector 8 as selected with a selector 10, the signal phiA is received with a printing control section 9 and a printing is performed using a printing stamp corresponding to the signal phiA among four phi stamps. When the printing of phi is continued, each time a signal is received with a comparator 7, following the signal phiA, the signal phiB, the signal phiC and the signal phiD are transmitted from the selector 10 sequentially according to the counting of a counter 12 thereby allowing four printing stamps to be used in sequence. |
