PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover a magnetostrictive characteristic without fusion bonding rods each other due to heat treatment. SOLUTION: When the heat treatment of a super-magnetostrictive material is performed in a temperature range of 750-860°C, processing distortion can be removed while preventing exudation of material from an R rich layer to the surface.
