PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide techniques for making it easy to create and execute a motor control program. SOLUTION: Using motor control programming software, a computer is made to function as a program processing part capable of creating and executing a program related to motor control. The program processing part, when creating the program, displays in a display part a tabulated program screen where program commands are allocated to each column and step numbers to each row. The user can set operands for the program commands on the cells of the program screen. During the execution of the program, the program processing part checks the cells in order, and if there is an operand set, uses the operand to execute the program command allocated to that column.
