PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor which has high charge potential, high sensitivity and is free from a change in the various characteristics to exhibit stable performance even in repeated use. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor having a photosensitive layer containing a charge producing material, a charge transport material and a binder as constituting components on a conductive support, a compound of specific structure is contained as the charge transport material and further a polymeric compound composed of specific constitutional units is contained as the binder.
