PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lengthen the service life by water resistance; to prevent the deterioration in electric performance; to eliminate a column of heat exchangers: and to facilitate maintenance by arranging a maintenance requiring member in an engine room of an engine heat pump under a heat exchanger chamber with waterproofing treatment applied. SOLUTION: In this engine heat pump, the engine room A under a drain pan 3 is formed as a soundproof-waterproof structure. A terminal plate 7 and an oil filter 18 are arranged on the front side in the engine room A. A ventilation fan 8, a driving motor of the ventilation fan 8 and a ventilation duct 5 communicating with the ventilation fan 8 are arranged on the reverse side of the engine room A. Outdoor heat exchangers 10 and 16, a radiator 41 and outdoor fans 26 and 28 are arranged in the heat exchanger chamber H above the drain pan 3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
