PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coating material composition for rubber applicable to a wiper blade for vehicles to improve the sliding property and the wiping-off property on glass or water repellent glass, and to improve the durability of the wiper blade itself. SOLUTION: This coating material composition useful for the wiper blade for vehicles comprises a one pack polyurethane resin, a surfactant, a solid lubricant and an organic solvent. The composition is produced by dissolving the one pack polyurethane resin in the organic solvent and then by adding the surfactant and the solid lubricant thereto. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
