An up-and-over door assembly comprises a door 7, the lower portion of which is provided with rollers guided in channels fixed to the door frame, a pair of arms 5, each of which has one end pivotally mounted at the top of the door frame, the other ends of the arms being connected by a cross-bar 6 about which the door is tipped, and a pair of jacks 9 arranged to act on the. arms 5 so as to counterbalance the weight of the door. |
