<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sealing performance of a boundary part of a door panel and a door frame of an automobile door. <P>SOLUTION: In a sealing structure of the automobile door in which a lower part of a longitudinal frame of the door frame is inserted and fixed into the door panel, a seal member 6 covering and sealing the boundary part of an upper fringe of the door panel 1 and the door frame 2 has a second seal piece 62 covering and sealing a face on a vehicle room side in the boundary part. Both ends of the second seal piece 62 in the longitudinal direction are thin-walled and its central part is thick-walled. The seal member is attached to the door panel or the door frame by a mounting member. As a result, sealing property of the boundary part of the upper fringe of the door panel and the door frame is improved, and the sense of beauty at the position is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
