IRREGULARITY INSPECTING APPARATUS OF COLOR PERIODICITY PATTERN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an irregularity inspecting apparatus that avoids bad influences to a human body due to the exposure of ultraviolet rays and clarifies irregularities regardless of any phosphors in RGBs.

SOLUTION: The irregularity inspecting apparatus comprises an excitation illumination means for allowing a fluorescent material to emit light; an imaging means where only a specific color has sensitivity; a specific color pixel extraction means for extracting the pixel of the specific color in an imaging picture obtained by imaging an object to be inspected by the imaging means; a rearrangement means for generating a rearranged image where the extracted pixels are closely rearranged; a display means for displaying the rearranged image; an irregularity detection means for detecting irregularities based on the rearranged image; and a quality determination means for determining the quality of the object to be inspected based on the detected irregularities.
