<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel, which has excellent legibility when being applied to a display device, and is scratch-proof due to the surface solidity, and also to provide a display device equipped with the touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: The touch panel comprises a first transparent substrate and a second transparent substrate both having conduction, which are arranged on a single side of the panel so that each one of the transparent substrates faces each other. The touch panel has a hard coat layer comprising a curing resin being harden by irradiating an activating energy, and also has more than two layers, each of which has a different reflective index (a). In addition, it is featured that each one of the panels with the different reflective indices comprises the layer, the main body of which is the curing resin being harden by irradiating the activating energy or the curing resin mixed with metal oxide particles (b). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
