PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify voltage detecting wires and improve workability in an assembly process when forming a cell set by using a plurality of single cells. SOLUTION: The plurality of single cells 10a-10d covered by laminated films 12 and 13 are attached by using a double coated adhesive tape to one face of a flexible printed circuit board 20 in mutually serially-connected states. Single cells 10a'-10d' are attached to the other face of the flexible printed circuit board 20 in the same way, and cell groups of both front and rear faces of the flexible printed circuit board 20 are connected in series with each other. The voltage detecting wires 30a-30e are arranged on the flexible printed circuit board 20, and a positive electrode tab 14 and a negative electrode tab 15 of each single cell are connected to corresponding voltage detecting wires 30a-30e via connection terminals 31a-31e provided on the flexible printed circuit board 20.
