PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be able to simplify an interconnection system between a telephone device and an information processing terminal, accomplish a certain connection, and reduce communication cost. SOLUTION: The system comprises a protocol conversion module 30 which is respectively connected to a telephone device 12 which is connected to an ISDN 11, makes a setting of a call connection based on the Q.931 protocol, and at the same time, accommodates telephone terminals 13 including VDT terminals 14; and a LAN 23 which performs a call connection setting based on the H.323 protocol, and performs mutual conversion between the both protocol.
