PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking clip for a tape-like strap which can surely hold an end of the tape-like strap immovably without increasing the number of protruding pieces and can be used also as a holder of an article with a strap. SOLUTION: The locking clip 1a consists of a base 4 including a lock 2 at an end and a pinch 5 coupled with the base 4 via a hinge 6 and provided with a turn-over lever 16 for keeping the strap 8 turned over. One of ends of the strap 8 is held in the turned-over state by the lever 16, so that the end of the strap 8 can be surely immovably held. In addition, by causing the lock 2 provided on the base 4 to lock the article, the clip can be used as the holder for the article with the strap. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
