Aluminosilicate crystallizable glass contains (in wt.%) 17-33 silica (SiO2), 20-50 alumina (Al2O3), 8-40 magnesia (MgO), 1-15 boron trioxide (B2O3) and 0.1-30 scandium trioxide (Sc2O3), yttria (Y2O3) and/or niobium oxide (Nb2O5).
