PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved seat opening/closing structure for a motorcycle comprising a seat and a commodity storage box at the lower part of the seat, the seat being freely opened/closed via a seat hinge provided on the right and left sides of the seat, achieving a cost reduction while maintaining anti-theft function by reducing the number of seat locking mechanisms, namely, the number of catches to one. SOLUTION: A hinge shaft 77 is inclined downward to the front side in a side view with its front part to be close inward to a body in a top view. In the closed condition of a pillion 23, a protruded portion 186 provided at the front part of a bottom plate 54 of the pillion 23 can engage with a recessed portion 184 provided at the front part of a luggage box 22.
