PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus substantially equivalent to provision of a plurality of imaging apparatuses with less cost and space constraints and to provide a mobile terminal equipped with the imaging apparatus. SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus is provided with: a board PC; a plurality of imaging elements 21, 22 provided to the board PC; a plurality of optical members 11, 12 provided corresponding to a plurality of the imaging elements 21, 22 allowing the imaging elements 21, 22 to condense light; and an external frame member 4 for covering a plurality of the imaging elements 21, 22 and a plurality of the optical members 11, 12.
