PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accessory for holding a cold retainer for the cooling of the neckline to fix the cold retainer wrapped with a cloth sheet to the back of the neck with a stretchable belt without winding the belt around the neck. SOLUTION: Both ends of a stretchable belt are attached to two opposing corners of a polygonal cloth sheet and a cold retainer is wrapped with the cloth and fixed to the back of the neck without winding the belt around the neck.
