PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which difficult points exist in a uniform mixing property of a fertilizer component and a self-disintegration property of the fertilizer component in watering in a conventional soil and improve the uniform mixing property of the fertilizer and the self-disintegration property of the fertilizer component in watering. SOLUTION: The artificial soil is composed of a mixture of porous carbonized particles with the fertilizer component and a water-soluble binder. The carbonized particles are obtained by mixing a ceramic binder selected from aluminum phosphate and colloidal silica with silica-containing inorganic waste powder and organic waste and sintering the mixture.
