<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent locking from occurring by detecting the operational defect of a short-circuit ring that reciprocates relative to an output shaft. <P>SOLUTION: A crank 13 equipped with a roller 14 is constituted so as to be freely liftable, and when the operational defect occurs in the short-circuit ring, the rise of the crank 13 caused by reaction from a frame body that integrally moves with the short-circuit ring is detected by a limit switch 21, and lubrication oil is supplied between the output shaft and the short-circuit ring. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
