The communication management apparatus includes a registration unit that accepts registration of a group of terminal devices to be granted permission of access among the plurality of terminal devices; and an access control unit that performs access control, if authentication information is set in association with the group in group information having information about the group, to permit access from one terminal device of the group of the terminal devices that supplies an input that matches the authentication information.
