PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of detecting the wetting condition of a diaper without restricting patient's movement, and reporting the wetting condition of the patient's diaper without burdening a carer. SOLUTION: A patient unit 1 detects the wetting condition of the diaper on the basis of the signal of an urine sensor 5 mounted on the patient's diaper, and transmits the signal to a receiving unit 2 from this patient unit 1 by radio communication. The signal received by the receiving unit 2 is transmitted to a sickroom unit 3 installed at the sickroom entrance and a management unit 4 disposed in a management room by radio or cable communication, and is displayed.
